Short Description: The workshop will focus on how appropriate dialogue in dental practice can avoid the difficulties which flow from adverse or unexpected outcomes, claims, complaints or investigations into your practice. Shared interests by both practitioners and patients through necessary communication can improve the quality and reduce the burdens of everyday dental practice and minimise the potential of a complaint or claim. Views and strategies will be reinforced by case presentation. LIGHT REFRESHMENTS WILL BE SERVED
