Melbourne Event - Insight to the Courts: A Risk, Regulatory and Litigation Briefing

This MIPS risk education event will place you face to face with experts on Victorian medical negligence including Sharon Keeling, Barrister (medically qualified), Dr Kym Jenkins Consultant Psychiatrist and MIPS panel solicitors.  This outstanding panel of presenters will provide regulatory and litigation updates, underlying reasons for a notification and contemporaneous work life balance matters.

This risk briefing will focus on contemporary medical indemnity issues and provide you with an overview of regulatory and legal expectations. You will hear from some of the key stakeholders of the Victorian medical indemnity fraternity who have tailored their content to you and you will also have an opportunity to network at the event with peers and presenters.
